Questions
Is astral projection real?
People have reported out-of-body experiences for as long as there have been people. The novels treat it as real; you are free to read it as a metaphor. The 4+1 method from the free notebook is a well-known way to practise lucid awareness at night.
Why a digital voice?
The audiobooks are narrated by a digital voice, and every listing says so. It is how an independent author can bring hours of story to listeners.
Is the audiobook the same as the book?
Audio Part I is abridged: selected chapters from Books 1 and 2, without the intimate chapters. Audio Part II (Rumors and Legends) is complete. The ebooks and paperbacks are the complete text for adult readers.
Where should I start?
With Book 1, States of Tenderness. If you are more curious about AI and the far future, Book 3, Rumors and Legends, can be read on its own.
